Our Foundry unit has implemented a quality system in line with ISO 9001:2000. That has rendered a further impetus to our consistent enhancement spree.

Metal Testing Facilities:

Foundry has been provided with adequate metal testing set-up to check, control and assure the mechanical attributes, chemical properties and microstructure of metal.

Chemical Composition and Temperature:

On Line CEQ And Temperature Measuring Meters for reliable and accurate conditions
Spectrometers

Microstructure:

Metallurgical Microscope with different lighting method( 100-1500X)
Note : Melting & Heating processes are used to maintain the traceability and forgeability

Sand Testing Facilities:

Sand Testing Tools.

Casting Quality Control Facilities:

Our Foundry contains following testing tools and equipment to ensure better quality of castings.

Dimensional Analysis with:

Height Gauges with different configurations spanning from 300 mm to 600 mm
Other Measuring Instruments
Special Purpose Gauges
Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with ultrasonic waves for innocuous examination to material' thickness
Internal Quality With Boroscope
Coordinate Measuring Machine (Cmm) for validating physical geometrical properties.
